1. Installation & Fitment
- This awning must be installed in strict accordance with the official user manual.
- The buyer is solely responsible for verifying that their vehicle’s roof rack, crossbars and mounting points are compatible and rated to support the awning (approx. 34.7 kg / 76.5 lbs) plus any dynamic load.
- The dynamic weight capacity (DWC) of the roof rack must at least equal the weight of the awning. Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer’s stated roof load limit.
- Crossbars, mounting brackets and vehicle-specific adapters are not included unless explicitly stated.
2. Driving & Travel
- Always fully retract and secure the awning before driving. Do not travel with the awning extended.
- Re-torque all mounting bolts and check straps before every road trip.
- Do not exceed the vehicle’s maximum safe speed with any roof-mounted load.
3. Weather & Use Conditions
- This awning is designed for casual camping and shade use. It is not a permanent shelter and must not be left unattended in strong wind, heavy rain, thunderstorms, snow, hail or icy conditions.
- Fully retract the awning at the first sign of adverse weather. Damage caused by wind, storm, snow load or unattended exposure is not covered under warranty.
- The awning is not intended for use as a rescue, emergency or life-saving device.

- Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by this disclaimer.
